Sky if you have more than 10k on your car dont sweat it. According to Ford the coyote doesnt break in until 10k. With my other car the pcv cured the smoking issue. Now with this car it hasnt used a drop of oil and i dont have any smoking issue. This car has almost 8k on it already. I drive it hard and beat the hell out of it every chance i get. Oh and it was tuned a few weeks after getting it. lol.

I just hit 25K, and it gets driven hard at autocrosses and the like.

other than this issue and starter it runs great with lund tune but thinkin g about getting a different instead of email tune so it be quickier and the tunner can see in person what the car doin.

i check my oil and it half way in the good and been there for awhile so not sure whats up.

well i put on catch can and of course it still smokes everytime i stop and go. am guessing my motor trash.

Did you order the pcv valve? If not i would.

yes i did that to. sorry forgot to say that. it been half quart low for awhile and only thing i did today is i ran it prolly 90 to 100mph for prolly over 5 miles maybe why but really shouldnt of cause that.

check my plugs and they all look good even the #8. maybe broke a ring or something, i try to do a compression check but mine didnt fit so i have to get one that screws in the head. i figure the one from 05 heads would work but guess different size.

If your #8 plug isn't black your probably ok there. If a ringland is broke, my guess would be you would have a fouled/black plug somewere.

I had #8 break and it smoked like a mother, and the plug looked like it was painted black. Still would be a good idea to do a compression check. Id imagine this is definitely not fuel smoke/ or just steam from the cool weather? .. since you say it does it only when you stop or go
