spark plug fouling? PICS

When are 2 steps colder needed? I was told I had to go 2 steps colder and can't find anyother brands that make them other then Brisk. I run 19lbs of boost and was told the HT0's were not enough.

What compression and fuel?

9.8:1 and 93 octane. I would love to find a different plug then the Brisk but the tuner was having issues with the HT0's I had in there at first.

One heat range colder gapped down to .026-.028 should be fine.
