The car did good at the track last night but it needs some tweaks and I can get it down some more. the car ran ok but i had bottle pressure issues and could not get it above 800 psi. ran several passes and got 7.5's with 600 psi then got the pressure up to 700 psi and ran a 7.45 then got the pressure up to 800 and ran a 7.37 on a 100 shot so if my thinking is right next friday when i go out with a properly working bottle heater I might get in to the 7.2's also the tire is spinning on the rim about 3/4 0f an inch each pass so could that be hurting my times as well. Do yall think it is possible to get the car in the 7.2's or possibly the 7.1's? on just a 100 shot.

with your mods should not be a problem.i would screw the tires to the rims

+1 also by screwing the tire to the wheel it will also leave straighter because the tire doesn't spin on the rim. You need 850 bottle pressure for the nitrous to work correctly , if not the mixture will be rich if its a wet kit.

Nitrous is actually designed to work at 1000psi!

Yeah thats what I am going to do is screw the rims also don't think I will leave off the two step next week as it is loading the cylinders up with fuel and I don't think that is good for nitrous thought about that after we left the track the bottle heater is fixed now and set to 1050 psi I can purge it down to 1000 easily and will be well under that by the end of the run

there is a huge difference in the way nitrous will hit at 1000psi vs 800psi!
