No but seriouslyl I have used his DIY`S and found them to be helpful. I do not know the guy personally or anything like that.

springs are usually pretty straight forward...i did my first spring swap on a 95 accord in about 6hrs with no experience and trying like hell to find where tools were in my dads shop...kinda like a puzzle, and u just put it back together the way it came out...
