Stains in white paint

I removed my spoiler to do a spoiler delete and I found yellowish stains that would not come off with simple green nor waxing. Any recommendations?

Try some Meguiar's Ultimate Compound with microfiber towels. Pretty good stuff and you can find it anywhere. Will need to follow it up with your favorite polish and wax/sealant.

Should be able to find it at any wally world or car parts store.
