Steeda = Phenominal Customer Service!!!

I just want to make a point to mention that the guys at Steeda go above and beyond with their customer service. I ordred a set of Steeda Spyder wheels for my 06 GT and the experience from my order to the day they arrived at my door couldn't have been any better. Special mention for Frank Stoddard who took my order and took the time to help me out with every detail. Knowledgable, freindly, and courteous! My wheels showed up very quickly having them come from Florida to the Philly area.
There's so many places I could go to order parts for my Mustang but not only can I get a quality part, but I know I can also get great quality service.
Today I get home and there's a hand written card to me thanking me for my order and offering any assistance in the future! Wow! Having ordered parts for my Mustangs for over 15 years I've never gotten a hand written thank you like that from a company. :nice:

I'm glad you had a good experience with them. I still buy their parts, but I buy them from people who act like they want my business. Their attitude cost them a sale of a Watts Link and drove me straight to their competitor. I still ended up with their springs, strut mounts, and CAI, but I didn't buy them from Steeda.

If you go by there site I agree, but I spoke directly with Gus and he gave me a killer deal on their Ultra lite race hood.

I also had good dealings with Steeda, Thanks Gus and Chris. I try to deal with only the SV's on this site, and I must say that all of them so far have been top notch in dealing with me.

Maybe their stuff may be a little bit more but knowing how closely they work with Ford is a plus. I think the parts that they develop are great quality and race proven. I don't think that all companies can say that but also know that there is other competiton out there that also develops nice stuff. But one thing that always brings me back to a company again is great customer service.
Not to go off an a tangeant here but after dealing with Cruizin Concepts - being on back order for 6 weeks for Shelby Alcoas with money in hand and pre-order placed with a promise from them that I was getting the wheels and not getting them - the customer service from Steeda was a sharp contrast and welcome to me. Day before the Alcoas were to ship I was told I was all set. Next day I get a call from a different guy saying sorry...never again. Just goes to show that customer service goes a long way.

I was buying my Whipple 10 rib kit a few months back and called Steeda for some information on how much further forward my blower pulley would be with their kit because of my hood's vent and couldn't get an answer. I called back a week later after a member on this forum supplied me with measurements and tried to order the kit. They wouldn't budge on the price...$1245.00 so I bought a Whipple made 10 rib kit from JPC for $1167.00 and it has a better belt wrap too.

That was just the last time they wouldn't deal, not the first. I'm not tryig to hijack your thread, just offering my experience. It's good to see you received great service. That's rare these days.
