Looks to be in fairly good condition, the only thing it looks like it needs is a new throwout bearing. It's not rebuilt and I never used it, I decided to go a different route because I wanted different gear ratios. I purchased it from Lapointe on the recommendation of other forum members and I don't remember hearing about anyone else having issues with their transmissions. The tag on it says it's out of a 2009 Mustang.
