It cleared my cover with some adjustments(washers). It did rub a little, you can see it on the cover that I just sold on here. I bought it used, so I'm not sure of the brand. It is heavy and made well.

Looks like the Granetelli(sp?) stb. I have the same one. They retail for around $150-160 I believe. I love mine
