dose any one just use stright water and a water weter , amisoil coolant , or purple ice in the inter cooler I 'am using distilled water . It's not a DD and is stored in heated garage in winter .

Distiller water is you best bet, some might say to add the purple ice or water wetter.

The whipple intercooler works well enough that your iat's will stay low even with a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze. Yes, I used to drive around looking at my iat temps. I always had it displayed on the interceptor gauges.

Antifreeze actually retains heat. I use water and a bottle of water wetter., but here is no chance of freezing where I live.

If you don't run anti-freeze I would at least drain it during the winter incase of a power outage.
