Thats the big debate right now. I have 30 or so people here wanting them as an 18" for an 05+, but with only 30 people saying something about it that wouldn't be cost efficient for us.

It would probably have to be a large up roar for them.

Not trying to look like a jerk but who decided it would be cost efficient to only offer them in 19" for 05 and up. That guy should be tarred and feathered. You would outsell the 19's three to one if you offered them in 18" for the 05 and up.

Thats the thing though. Everyone says they will buy the 18's and what not, but have you seen the way the group buys have gone around here? You cant hardly get 5 people to spend $700 on a drive shaft.

Like i said in the other thread that was started about these wheels. Anything at any moment can change. This wheel is an alternative to the RTR's, and something we can call are own. We did this to help and try to save you guys a few $$$$.

There is no option for the 94-04 guys in an RTR wheel, so we made are own so we can offer something for those guys as well.

I agree. The 18" version in 05 offset would be a huge seller. Just like the black saleen replicas were when they first came out for the 05+ offset instead of the 99-04 some of us were running. If I don't end up getting rid of the car I'd like to sell my saleens and get a set of these in 18's also.

I understand where you guys are coming from. I plan on buying wheels for next spring anyways. by then I'd have seen what the 99-04 offset looks like, or you guys will put out a set for the '05.

That's true. Once we can get a run on some numbers, and to see if more people call and ask for it, then we might make a batch of the 18's in an 05+ offset.

Im just ready to get a set in and test fit the 18's to see what they look like.

I would consider 30 people an uproar. You are sampling a small amount of the population of mustan owners. 30 people out of how many that are active on this one forum....pose the question on other forums, facebook, etc.....that 30 is going to multiply really quick.

Ok so let me ask you this then. If we did make and 18" for the 05 up guys, would you want a staggered set up 18x10 - 18x9 or say an 18x9.5?

I'm 99% what the reaction from thus crowd is, but I have to give more than 1 option.

I'm 99% what the reaction from thus crowd is, but I have to give more than 1 option.

I'd be interested in them in 18 x 9.5 if they weigh less than 22lbs and don't have a 33 offset but something like 42 or 45 (I could live with a 38). The number one thing that kept me from getting RTR's is that 33 offset. It looks awful in the rear (my opinion, you all are welcome to yours).

I'd be shocked if they weighed less than 22 lbs at their current price point.

With a cast wheel, to get it under 22lbs would be tuff. I think are SVE's weigh in at 25lbs.

Id vote for 18x9.5 all around for the ability to rotate. I hate not being able to do that currently but do love the staggered look

Look at tire availability. See what's out there and cost effective for wheel and tire packages.

18x9 and 18x10 would be awesome. b/c not many folks would want such a wide front rim. Some do, but not all. 18x9 would be perfect.

Staggered for me, 18X9 and 18X10 would be perfect.

I would buy the 19's if the 18's werent available because of the price alone. BUT if both sizes were available, I would buy the 18's in a 18X10 / 18X9 setup in a heartbeat handsdown.
