So everything mates up perfect... except the bumper/hood have about an inch gap  ... Is this an error on my part? The hood lines up perfect with the fenders... and the bumper lines up everywhere but with the hood. It's the GT to GT500 conversion w/ Black Mamba Hood and T1 Vented fenders.

Apparently pics didnt want to upload.. gimme A sec.

Got any pictures? Might be easier to figure it out if we can see exactly where the issue is.

I need to figure out how to get the picture not to be F"n huge!! Besides that this kit fiberglass? I would say that the hood and bumper should line up better than that. The two bolts that hold the front grille/bumper to the headlights are they still used in this kit? If so is there anymore play in them? if they are there you may need to modify the holes to get some more wiggle room. Another thing is if the kit is fiberglass you might need to massage it into place via a heat gun and some tender force. Problem with aftermarket stuff is its never 100% matter of fact your lucky to get it in the 98% range. All in all it looks to me like the bumper center section needs to move back more than the hood needs to come down. It also looks like the hood can move forward just a hair.

Appreciate it! I can get the hood to move maybe 0.5cm down.. but BMC extreme is always 100% of on their parts. Its an OEM gt500 bumper... so the headlights etc don't affect anything. Same style. And yes, it is fiberglass.

If everything else lines up some heat motivation might be in order. Thing is you can mess stuff up if you aren't careful. I have bought some pretty nice stuff over the years and it all needed some light work via heat and pressure. I am guessing you will be having it painted? Perhaps whom ever does that can lend some insight on getting it to mate up.
