So yesterday i installed kooks long tube headers with o/r x and once i was finished my check engine light came on, so i read it with the sct tuner and its the 02 sensors. Im pretty sure what happened was that i switched them and my question is, if i did switch them would this cause any performance loss or anything for that matter?? other than the check engine light, and yes i do have a tune for LT's an o/r midpipe

just clear the codes and drive it, and see what it does.
Also, what are the specific codes?

Swapping sensors from one side to the other w/o disconnecting the battery for 20minutes or longer can cause O2 codes to pop up when you start it because the sensors are different and the PCM has learned how each sensor operates and has made adjustments for fuel per prior sensor readings.
If you're getting "slow response" codes, then the tune needs to be adjusted to make up for the delay in the O2 signal that is caused from moving the sensors farther downstream.

all the codes say is o2 heater bank 1 , and 02 heater bank 2, i didn't see anything that said slow response, or what would it say for a slow response code?? Also i don't know if its just so loud i can't really tell if i gained power, but the car doesn't really feel snappy or more powerful. The top end feels strong but it feels like the bottom end torque is not really there like it used to, idk if its just me or what.

Also one more thing, i realized what i did wrong and that was that i used the rear o2 sensors that were in the stock cats and used those, could this be an issue?? sorry if i keep repeating the same thing but i really hate how the car feels slower than without the headers.

Call John or Chris at BBR and let him know what's going on. He will get you straight. He may have to tweak the tune some. I had to get mine tweaked from them as I got the Slow Bank code when I put my headers on.

The rears are different from the fronts.
Also, check the fuse for the heater circuit once the right sensors are put in.
Yes, this would make it run like crap!
