T4 to 3" V Band Flange

I am looking for T4 to 3" V band Flange. I found this one but 99 dollars seems high to me.

We can make you one but that really isnt a bad price. Its about $20 for the vband flange and another $15-$20 for the t4 flange plus welding it up.
