Shit that's a 148lbs of pure muscle. I was at 165-170 back in June/July, then I quit working out, taking proteins and supplements and just went to PT. Lost weight like a mother fucker.

Hehe. Go on a fast food diet. You'll lose 20 lbs within like 2 weeks if you still PT and be in good shape. I still score about 270-280 on my apft and I don't even fucking try.

I have both forarms done, 2 half sleeves and one calf. More in the future,my artist past away last year so I am looking for a new one.
