Drove a new 5.0 tonight and all I can say is wow. Ford did a great job with the new motor. Drove a manual with 3.73 and an automatic with 3.15 gears. The auto even with those gears really goes, I can only image one with 3.73's. The manual flat out flys with those 3.73 gears. I got back in my stock 08 GT and was wishing I had waited a year to buy a GT(bought mine last Father's day). That being said, I'm really happy with my car and unless a bag of money fell in my lap I wouldn't trade it. I subscribe to the someone is always faster theory and a new car would set me back at least 10k.
