got a buddy who dropped off his car there to get procharged took him litle over a year to get the car back. he was a soft guy and didnt speak up, seemed like i was more angry about the situation then he was. Brian just kept feeding him lie's that there was soilders from Iraq that were leaving back to iraq and they needed there car done so there for he kept putting my buddy's car aside. Out of all the shops here in san antonio i still dont know why he took his car all the way out there

We had numerous cars that sat there for over a year, some for two. We had a guy that paid for a twin turbo kit on his roush and the money was spent with no kit on order. Just an idea of how the buisness was ran.

lol yes I did. I put the exhaust on it. The headers were on but I finished up the exhaust. Let me tell you that thing sounds nothing like a v6. It was an original sound and sounded pretty good.

that ebay and paypal is anoder fuckin scam too i got fried from ebay on 400$ cellphone,on every item on ebay,there is a paypal logo and underneath of it it says this auction protected for up to..200$ or 2000$,so be careful because if you get fried by some deush,like brian,and paid like 400 and the auction is covered for 200 thats what paypall will give you after 30 days when they investigate,the rest of your money they are trying to get from the guy's checking and if they dont have it,paypal tells you to go shove it,so before you buy see what that auction is protect3d for,because if you buy a blower kit for 6G's and that thing is covered for 200$...well gues what...and the main thing,paypal is an ebay company,so if you use paypal to pay someone else,other ebay they are not responsible for that,i found all that out after what happened to me the site is called screwpaypall.com or something like that,so watch out for that,paypal is a bunch of maggots there too

Well here is how he scammed me....
He orders 2 8 rib kits and works me real hard for a deal on 2 kits. He pays for one and says he will mail a check for the other...a bonified check. I send the first kit and of course the check for the other never shows up. Of course I run the routine...emails, calls, emails, and nothing. Of course I never sent the 2nd kit without payment but he got me on the 1st one because I basically sold it under cost by only selling one....so hes a trickster...a shyster wannabe...
so the point...buyer beware......

i talked with another dude on another forum and he's planing on starting a big ass lawsuit against them in el paso,i'm meeting up with him there next week(shit i'm gonna be there anyway )and he said theres 2 more guys that got fried too,so 4 people against them.......someone will get paid so i'll keep you posted on whats happening,even if they send me my stuff i'll cancel the shipment because its 7-14 days in their policy and its been a month so they screwd up bad!but that hood there is nasty man,and its friggin hard to find that place too,we got of of the 10,then hooped on the 62/montana ave and then its right of of mcrea but the area is trashy as hell only like storage units and old cars and right behind them is nothing but dessert,i didn saw any cars there dough so people must be reading on the forums i'll tel you that much but where is the shop,are those two garages on the side with the withe doors the shops,or only the blue one at the front?

Ok....first things first. Take your time and work on the sentence structure and punctuation. Makes reading about your problem much easier and puts the reader in the frame of mind that you have a legitimate case instead of being some rambling message board dumbass.

Second; what did your credit card company say about reversing the charges? Since you're going for a lawsuit I'm guessing they said, "No."

Third; do not make threats such as those shown above. They could easily print and save this page and if something were to happen to the building or the owner you are what's known as a "Prime Suspect." You seem to have a legitimate complaint so I wouldn't want you to jeapardize your chances because of hastily typed words.

its a forum,with nicknames,and when you register you can make up stuff,so that's no proof,even if you print it and save it,there's no proof that it's you,anyone can register and write.the credit company wanted paperwork and i send them copy from the forum's threads just other people's posts but they told me that that it's not a good evidence since like i said it's nicknames,and the info can be posted by anyone.you could've told your neighbour about it and he could've register as you and write it like its you, so.....,and,i'm also the kind of guy that is always for the idea,they're a scammers that steal from people with their lies,so they got the wrong guy this time,i rather see them going down that resolving the case,and getting the money back.thats why i'm going there.i have buisenes in el paso anyways(truckin' with my brother) so why not help those other guys right?my order is like 600 bucks,but them other dudes got fried with like 5g's,4g's ..... god damn!!!!
