Good catch! I too am a little confused on the factory bolts being in there.
I can say, in all my years, I have NEVER seen a factory LCA bolt fail when re-used, even on 1.2X sixty foot, 8 second cars.
Ford recommends "discarding" just about every bolt when you R&R parts on these cars, but I am and will always be a firm believer that the factory LCA bolts will not be "too weak" if they are re-used. The ONLY bolts I typically replace when doing anything to a car are the ones who have multiple stage troquing processes, like, Step 1: 20 ft lbs / Step 2: 35 ft lbs / Step 3: Loosen one turn / Step 4: Tighten additional 90 degreees
There is no difference in your picture, compared to the area that the OP is discussing. Anyone could re-use the upper mounting flag nut on ours as well, if they truly wanted to.

Looks like UMI's design won't ever have that type of problem since you retain the factory flag nut. The bolt it comes with for securing the rear of the arm is AFAIK not TTY.
