Timing Set Replacement

Title says its all, I have an 05 GT with 120k on the clock. I have a ticking/tap on warm up and goes away at temp, and faint rattle at rpm. I am guessing the tensioners are gone.

While I have it open I going to install the camshaft drive kit from ford racing. M6004463V kit from American Muscle. I have never worked on an SOHC timing chain set before but plan on using the instructions below, anyone have any experience with them?
