TR3650 synchro insert

Hey guys, I have my trans apart currently due to a ticking noise in neutral. Inside looks great but I noticed only some synchros have 3 inserts while others have 2. Too my knowledge the trans has never been apart. Am I missing inserts? Every synchro has provisions for 3.
