so i have a 2013 GT500 PP 6060 coming. its also coming with a low mileage OEM clutch. my 3v already has a mcleod lightened flywheel, and FRPP aluminum D/S.

it seems as though i need 1/2-1" cut off of the driveshaft to fit

BUT - what about the clutch? are the 6 bolt vs 8 bolt issues not a thing with the aftermarket units? its been YEARS since ive looked into any of it, and almost everything i see in search is "oh just get a 26 spline clutch" or "send it off to mcleod for a rebuild and blah blah blah" - which i understand, but circumstances now dictate that i cant really have this car down for the count, as my mother in law is using my daily after she got rear-ended and her car was totaled.

and IF the OEM 13 GT500 clutch can be used - is the OEM 3V slave/TOB acceptable, or do i need the 13 GT500 slave?

I believe the slave cylinders are the same and the clutch disk has to match the spline on the 6060. The next question is will the center of the clutch (where the springs are) fit in the recess of the flywheel. There is no way I would install a transmission with a used throwout and clutch. Too much work I might have to do over.

There are 2 flywheel bolt patterns. The stock GT is 6 bolt. The GT500 is probably 8 bolt.
The pressure plate from the GT500 may not bolt to the GT pressure plate. But I don't know for sure.
The TR6060 is a 26 spline input shaft and bigger dia than the stock 10 spline.
The throwout bearings are the same. I would also put in a new one and bench bleed it first.
There are 2 inner flywheel friction surface diameters. The stock is bigger. GT500 is smaller.
So there's another possible reason why the stock flywheel may not work with the GT500 clutch.
The TR6060 is 9/16" longer, iirc. My one piece driveshaft had plenty of spline travel and I re-used it when I swapped transmissions. I don't know about stock driveshafts. It may work.

I would not expect this to all bolt up fine with only the parts you listed. Something is bound to not work.
