so let's say 4:10 it'll spool faster tan with the stock gears?

No the turbo needs to be loaded to spool and produce power. Stock gears will load the turbo harder and actually produce more power than 4.10's will.

With a turbo the less backpressure in the exhaust the faster the turbo will spool, so larger piping and free flowing exhaust is desirable.

I have 2 1/2 inch without cats and Zoomer mufflers.

I have cut-outs and they do work perfectly. I think 2.5 inch dual exaust is good until you start pulling some big #'s.
