i`m getting ready to place a material order this week. i called today checking on some stuff and i can get the oem vinyls to match the leathers. i didnt ask about the crimson red, but i will this week. i`ll get a couple colors to start (charcoal and red) but this year i want to offer all the oem colors in the vinyl. i`ll shoot you a pm when i find out whats up

What suede color would be the best match for the 2010 GT500 wheel?
most of the people have been going with the black alcantara. a few went with the charcoal (shade lighter)

Best wishes to you and Marcy, it must be rough for her right now.
thanks brian. ya, tough times big time. i know, i lost my ma and dad a few years ago. i was lucky, they were awesome, miss them every day. hey you might notice a slight steering issue on your car with the frt wheels off the ground

sorry ive been lagging a little but this has been a very bad week for us. our best buddy "elvis the dog" died here at home wed night which was very hard but way worse marcys mom passed away at the hospice house last night. marcy has been spending days and nights the last week there so her focus has not been on the leather parts.

the charcoal leather for the 10-13`s, and the red oem vinyl for the 05-09 is on order and should come in this next week. the 10-13 saddle leather is not available at all. they havent had any demand for it so they chose not to stock it. theres always a chance that could change if someone orders 50 or more hides at a time for some reason.

so after this next week we will have the charcoal leather and should be getting back on track.

getting back at it, thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers through some tough times.

lots going on this week. i got my material order in last week and the 2010+ oem smooth grain leather is now in stock. we are gonna start working on the 10+ padded leather armrest covers tomorrow and will nail the price down on them. its gonna be close to the same as the oem 05-09 covers. i could not get the saddle, but we have the charcoal black and the cashmere in stock. i`m gonna go back through the forum threads and make a list, then offer the new 10+ covers to the "forum members only" in the order of interest posts and the materials we have on hand to work with. we will continue to add more material options as we can.

we are gonna drop the #1 aftermarket smooth grain leather option and replace it with the 10+ oem smooth grain leather for the 05-09 covers and parts. i think this will go great for alot of people wanting to match aftermarket seats ect. we will still have some of the original #1 if someone needs to match a prior part.

timmbo, sorry to say i could not get the oem crimson red vinyl, its just no longer available. i can get the oem crimson red pebble grain leather still. i sent you a pm

great news on the 05-09 vinyl covers. we only offered the aftermarket smooth grain vinyl for people wanting the padded cover but not able to afford the leather. we are dropping that material and will offer the oem charcoal black and oem parchment pebble grains and the oem charcoal black smooth grain from the 10+ cars. this is the material your back seats and half the buckets are made from. this will be a great option to get the factory look with top grade material for alot less cash. should have the oem dove gray vinyl in a couple weeks.

i just ordered a brand new gt500 leather/ alcantara steering wheel thats priced right now for $162 after a guy posted this link on another forum. shipping was another $17. if i can make it work i`m gonna replace my basic plastic wheel in my 05. just thought i would share this link
http://www.levittownfordsupercenter.com/ford-mustang-steering-wheel-gt500-p-1231.html

heres a pic of the oem vinyls. sitting on the bench i cant see a difference between this and the leather.

just added some new oem materials. first off we added oem dove gray and the new oem 10+smooth charcoal to the vinyl covers options, then we added the 05-06 oem crimson red pebble leather to the lineup, and the 2010+ oem smooth and pebble charcoal leathers

we can mix the oem colors up, so if you want a armrest cover with red leather on top, charcoal or parchment on the sides, or vice versa no problem and no extra charge. just make a note of it in the special instructions box on the order page.

there is a $1 charge for any color stitching other than black, and i`m gonna add a contrasting stitch color option that will cost $3. (meaning red stitch on the black leather, black stitch on the red leather ect)

these are the oem vinyls, 05-09 dove gray, charcoal, parchment, and the 10+ smooth charcoal,
below those 4 are the 05-09 oem leathers, crimson red, charcoal, parchment, 10+smooth charcoal,
and the bottom one is 10+ heavy pebble

Yes, I am crazy... have you ever looked in to creating padded covers for the door window sills? The hard plastic & my boney elbow's do not mix well

you mean the armrest on the door panel? i think we did look into that last year but the door is melted together. the gt500 door panels might come apart, but other wise there no way to secure it. i`ll look into it again though.

Nope I'm even crazier, I mean up near the window. Would have to like double-side tape it there.. or somehow hook it in to edge of window track.

(with colored stitching) we have the smooth oem charcoal $81, leather sides/alcan center $96 and full alcantara $111.
ive got a real heavy grain oem pebble, but i do not have the standard gt grain pebble (yet)

Our mustangs are completely hard plastic.. my daily subaru has a tiiiiiny bit of softness to it. There is a dent where my boney elbow always sits.. and I've actually had elbow issues in the past from it

Please put me down for smooth OEM charcoal/grabber blue stitching. I didn't see payment options, please feel free to P.M.

Thanks!

pm sent. your on the list. not sure if i can get grabber blue thread but i`m gonna try again. this original custom part is not for sale to the public yet and is not on the website. only selling to forum members off a list with a secret webpage/password we send out as we work down the list. so for now its a "forum member only exclusive".

not really. i wouldnt want to get into buying and selling hides. the door panels are a huge problem. i dont have them in my car but if i did, not sure which way i would go. i know there is matching perforated vinyl out there. dont recall seeing the padded vinyl like ford used.

theres been guys on here that bought panel grade leather off ebay and did the doors. its real thin and better for panels. i dont use any of that for our parts.
