I'm looking into catted H/X options myself, and I think you must be correct. It is my understanding that if the rear O2's do not measure a difference in oxygen content, a code will appear (that presumably will cause you to fail an emissions test).

I wonder, however, if those rear O2 bungs are designed for wideband sensor placement, rather than factory rear O2's?

I have been looking at this X. I need it to be emissions friendly.

I passed with a UPR high flow cat. No problem. Great catted x-pipe.
