Looking to figure out how to get the best fair deal.

What is a Vehicle Incentives Report ?
How do you find out invoice price ?
Can you neg. with invoice price ?
How / when do rebates come into play ?
Best place to get finance ?

Also how is the ecoboost doing so far ?

Any other tips / pointers / advice welcome.

I thought it used to show invoice on fords website when you pulled up a dealers inventory it would show the sticker, rebates, and i thought invoice
