Well, after taking all of the advice from this thead, I tried two more coats of the F21 and I think it stuck...

And here's an update: This shit actually looks pretty good and was easier to work with than the F21...

I actually use black magic shine and it works well on the top i have canvas nylon top too, the cloth looks nice but its sucks to clean and gets worn faster, my buddies 06 cloth top looks like ssh*t now.

I use Poly Protectant from Majestic Solutions. Removes dirt and grime, and gives the top a nice and not too shiney lustre. The top just looks clean and new without that overly detailed, wet look that some vinyl protectants will do.
