We shall see Friday. If I run mid to low 11's im ok with that. I have done a few small things to the car since the 1/8th mile rental and looking to see the difference they make . Jason, like you Im still on the stock bottom end and running 10 lb pulley so..........

Sweet! Yea my short time is a [email protected] on my quickest speed pass of 123.52 so if your 1/8mile mph is already 99 you may hit a 124 pass.

My [email protected] pass was a 7.2 on the short @97.24. Lets see some 11.0xx or some 10.9xx. I'm excited and it isn't even my car.

Damn maybe I need to bump to 10 :boobies:

The only big difference is a turbo car usualy shines on the back half past the 1/8 mile where a twin screw car shines in the 1/8 mile and wont pick up as much mph in the back half. Either way your cars are running very similiar in the 1/8 so it comes down to gearing and power to weight ratio. Dropping weight plays a big factor in overall trap speed as well.

I have a tial 9psi spring in my wastegate we could swap springs, since I have the boost controller anyway. ;)

They should be very similar in weight since Ray did the FSB delete, running skinny/fats and is pulling the passenger seat and junk from his trunk...plus he only weighs a buck 40.

I dont exactly remember which bar spring I got when I ordered it. I do know that when I run off the wastegate only I hit 9.2-9.3 psi so with piping intercooler losses I believe thats a .7 bar (9-10psi) spring then.

I'm tiny as fuck anyway so I don't have to worry about that aspect. Jeremy, I spiked to just over 9 at mike's last time. It averaged about 8.5lb on that run with a spike to 9.7. I'm probably just going to hold off until I can get a controller.

Gotcha, yeah boost controller is probably your best bet for sure.

Im ready to run just like everyone is!! I hope my car runs as strong as yours does and you have the kick ass driver mod going on. There is an individual on this forum and our cars are almost identical in setups and he runs consistent 11.1's . Im not going to post some low numbers, Just run and go from there thats all.

Ray, since your car is so similiar to Jasons' timer wise I expect some good times, giving you the slight advantage since you have the auto, it will be more consistent.

My Abbaco DBX 97 Mass Air quit working tonight. Had to unplug it and go into limp mode to get the car home. With it plugged in the car would start and immediately shut down. I will call them tomorrow and see if there is anything I can do with it but I don't hold out much hope.
