Did a log to 6k and then lost oil pressure and it was making a rattling under load. I'm running a 2013 Gt500 pump

They are the same gears as factory. Put in the tss gears they are billet not powder metal.

RJ I feel for you buddy, what psi was that 6k log at? Also, how did you notice the loss of pressure(oil gauge on dash) or external?

14-15 and I noticed it didn't feel right, heard a rattle under load after the pull and then lost oil pressure on the dash with a red gauge. It didn't make any noise not under load though

Nope none leaking under the car. Must have gotten a bad one or something maybe in the pickup tube idk yet.

Wow makes me glad I went ahead and put the tss gears in my 5.8 pump. Sorry about the pump brother

That sucks. On the bright side you're probably getting pretty good at pulling the timing cover. The pan can be a pit of a pain to pull sometimes though.

Thanks guys. It does suck. I'm probably just going to pull the motor out so I can check the bearings and everything thoroughly too

I'm gonna pull it out this weekend. Hope for the best guys. I'm hoping just the oil pump but even if the bearings need replaced I hope the crank can be turned within acceptable tolerances
