and taking my pass. airbag out

comes out to be about 123lbs off the car by mid january..hell yeah!! I love the holidays

yeah ive wanted those seats for a long time...since i have the red and black them going on with her i thought the red insert ones will look pretty decent. I will probably paint the harness bar black to match everything

and is the 99-04 harness bar different from the 05-09?

hell yeah!! i changed my mind and got the microsuede instead...CJ pony parts has the suede for 316 a piece...anyway how did you mount your harnesses? what holes did you use?

the harness bar bolts into the car very easily, you use the OEM seatbelt connections. Pull the plastic cover off, take the bolt lout, slide your harness ends in, then rebolt it tight. You'll see in the instructions.

same with the lap part of the actual harness belts (the lap part)? Cuz i know the top is going to be a wrap around on the harness bar...just didn't know where the lap part of the harness is going to bolt into

Post up some pics of the seats when you get them installed. I'm trying to talk myself into race seats for my car but I haven't found any that would go well with my red interior. I have done about all the weight loss I can do without going with seats, a/c delete, or power steering delete and I'm not sure I'm ready to do that with my car.

my interior is black...but the FX1's have the black with red insert that i think would look well with your red interior

MattD says they are very comfortable...so i would assume not very bad..i went the microsuede route because its a much more durable fabric than the clothe ones...that and they feel sexy as hell!

lap belts i have bolted to the seat rails. they are comfortable for a race seat, but longgggg drives can get bad.

Good! i know being strapped in is going to feel awesome but im more excited about the weight reduction and noticeable its going to feel driving..
