I just recently installed GT500 quad axlebacks, I love the sound but hate the cheap looking single wall slash cut tips. I went to an exhaust shop local and they stated that it was impossible to weld 4" double walled tips on. I love how Kooks quad look and how the tips are arranged, but ford decided to put the one of outlets too close to the other on each muffler so Ford has a one off design tip to offset the tip to look right.
Does anybody know of any solutions to get 4" double walled tips on this car like a Kooks setup? Anyone know of a NC shop to do this. I'm willing to drive someone else to get this done, it's killing me.
