Ask away. I have a buddy who has a 2012. We did an extensive amount of stuff from the day we got the cars (me 4 months him 2) just getting ready for the NMRA finals here in Bowling Green. If the 2.9 doesn't sell I'm going to put a 10% OD pulley on it add more fuel pump, use the 3.25" or 3" for the street, 2.85 (I can't remember the exact size but it's the smallest pulley they make) for a race gas tune and call it a day. I've been talking to Nitro Dave about a custom setup with spray bars actually placed inside the manifold, along with a nano setup. Or better yet I have a buddy here that is a custom turbo fabricator. He's been the "it" guy in the LS world for years. He wants to make me a twin turbo setup. I showed him a pic of the Shelby Code Red. Told him I wanted the snails up top so I can see them, (I'm not spending that kind of money to put them under the car) he said DONE. He wants to put them behind the grill, extensive fabrication here but he said it can be done. I've seen a lot of his work and I cant believe where and how he does it but he does. All I know is if he cant bend it he will cut and weld it. I really like the ideas of the turbos but I like my Twin Screw SC too, so I'm torn right now.
BTW my next mods are an MGW shifter, bigger fuel pumps, lowering springs, Weld RT-S wheels for the track, and I'm sending my factory wheels off to be widened by 1" to use Nitto NT-05Rs. All of this to be done and ready by March/April just in time for the track to open up with some good weather and plenty of practice for another Terminator/GT500 shoot out.
