What am I missing here

Looking for thin fans and shroud for 05+ mustang...then I find this
I paid $400 plus just for an AFCO radiator ( which this aint but just saying)
How is this possible?

Does it include fans.

Do you know of other thin fans options..must be twin and include shroud. Really want a mustang specific application but would consider other...

I've been running one of those radiator and fan combos from eBay since July. Even though the welds looked fine, for the $240 I paid, I figured I could afford to replace it if it ever sprung a leak. No problems so far.
