What belt do I need as a service replacement for my 05-09 TVS phase 1 kit, and where can I buy it? Thank you.
You can always just cut 2 ribs off an 8 rib...DiMora, is there a 6 rib gates belt in 133” length? Thank you.

You don't have an belt adjuster on your TVS? I'm not familiar with the belt routing on a Roush though I do know the alternator gets moved, but I have a little pulley on as slot that can give me up to 1"-2" of belt length adjustment. Whipple. Is that unique to the Whipple set up? I would think it would be incorporated into any belt driven SC, but I assume a lot.

If your running the 4” Roush pulley on your TVS then the belt should be R07020041-13-AA.
If you have upgraded to the 3.5” pulley you would use the same belt and replace one of the idlers with larger 90mm version.
The roush HD tensioner, should allow for a tiny bit of wiggle room, but only a tiny bit. Having one or more idlers /alternator mounted on a slotS would be a good fix ..... provided it didn't shift in the slot. That's one helluva lot of tension on a belt. A separate 2nd or 3rd hole, on a bracket for an idler would eliminate any bolt-slot slippage problems.
The next shorter Roush belt I am aware of is R07020062-13-AA. Part#421160. This is the belt that fits when running the 2.75” pulley. That’s a 134”.
