Idk, we always hope that it sells quick before a change of heart sets in lol. Maybe the price. I'm not really sure.

For what its worth, its a steal at that price! Tempting but I learned from my younger days, stay away from red cars - I'd get in too much trouble - GLWS

Thanks for the update! I think I'm set for life with all the towels I have but I keep hearing those MM towels are the best,! Can never have enough MFs right? You definitely need them on those high end rides you're working on...

No you can't have enough towels! You can, however, spend too much in towels according to my wife/bookkeeper! I have a metric tons of towels and I really like these Microfiber Madness towels. If you're polishing paint and don't have a Yellow Fellow, you have no idea what you're missing.

As far as high end rides, this bad boy will probably be worked on next week:

oh my god

I killed it, I fucking killed it, don't tell my wife LOL

so I just got a pressure washer, and now

I ordered

Chemical Guys EQP_312 - TORQ Professional Foam Cannon & Honeydew Snow Foam Cleanser

Chemical Guys GAP_V32_16 - V32 Optical Grade Extreme Compound

Chemical Guys GAP_106_16 - All In One Polish + Shine + Sealant

ReVive Glaze & Polish - PAINT RESTORE & RESHINE

Chemical Guys ACC_G21 - The Nifty Brush Interior Detailing Brush

Chemical Guys CWS_103_16 - Fabric Clean Carpet & Upholstery Shampoo & Odor Eliminator

Porter Cable 7424 XP Dual Action Orbital Polisher + FREE BACKING PLATE & Accessories

Chemical Guys BUFX_102HEX - Self-Centered Hex-Logic Medium-Heavy Cut Scratch & Swirl Remover, Orange (7.5 Inch)

Chemical Guys ACC_113C - Wax & Dressing UFO Applicator 3

Chemical Guys BUFX_105HEX - Self-Centered Hex-Logic Light Cleaning, Glazes and Gloss Enhancing Pad, Blue (7.5 Inch)

Chemical Guys TEMP_201 Best Sellers Kit (6 Items) ( has V07, diablo gel, VRP dressing, Mr Pink, Jet seal, and inner clean)

I know I seem a little crazy here, but my detailing kit has been extremely spartan and walmart purchased basically forever. I still need a few things, but I think this will get me to where I want to be and I will have stuff to last me for a while.

I still need to get sonax polymer net shield for the stang, but I may just wait on it being I just spent over $400 in the last 3 days and now I will have THREE sealants in my collection.

oh yeah, and you guys on here are to blame for all of this LOL.

because of you guys I have become a detailing nut. and now that I am working a temporary job at a detailing shop I have had time to figure out exactly what I want/don't want and many finer details of the process not talked about in forums (i.e. how to nail door jambs, remember to roll down the window and get rid of the seal junk at the top, how to throw a quick checker pattern on the carpet, ect)

What about MFtowels? When you can, I'd suggest getting some 5.5" pads being you have a PC. Depending on severity of your swirls, PC may lack power to do proper correction with a 7.5" pad...Nice order though!

I just assumed I could throw the 7in pad on the 6in porter cable and call it a day.

also right now I have probably about 50 microfiber and 10 terry cloth towels + old T-shirts. unless there is something special about MFtowels I think I have enough for a guy and his garage.

I guess when its time to buy again I will be on the lookout for 5.5.

at the shop I work at we have a 10in waffle we use for everything. I think its stupid but I don't make the decisions in there.

I use the terry for rougher spots like under the hood and interior. I used the T-shirts for years and the ones I have now are leftovers. I thought I was getting over this whole time not buying microfiber but I have recently learned how much T-shirts suck.

DLux is so tedious but it's worth it for sure. If you have access to compressed air, use an air brush to apply and it will save you SOOOOO much time.

Towel Kleen is awesome.

Let me know what you think of the black lambswool pad, I've been hearing good things about it.

A couple of people pointed out that I never posted anymore pics of the completed 599GTB Heritage GTE so for those, here you go:

Well this is relevant to my needs... More info please... I have a variety of Airbrushes...

Just tape off the area you want to coat and spray it on. I don't know much about air brushes and I just used the one I already had and it worked out for me.

Wow amazing work bro! No access to compressed air, hopefully Dlux does what it claims for the honeycomb grill and lower trim pieces. I really dislike cleans those pieces.

I really wanted the 5" TB pad but Eric just ran out. I'll see how the 3" is on the Rupes mini whenever I get a chance.

Dude, this UK is some pretty amazing stuff. The gloss is unreal, can't imagine what the Finest is like...

For your CQ customers do you coat their rims with CQ? Also, do you think there's any problem in coating the barrels of my wheels? Reason I ask is concern for the wheels weights sticking when I balance my wheels...
