What do I do if I have been possibly scammed.

I haven't gave away anything through my emails back and forth to let him know exactly what is about to go down. I haven't used his real name or location. As far as he knows I know nothing about him lol. Don't want to email and say" man I know your Anthony I now you drive a Mach, I know your in jersey." don't want to spook him and cause him to run. I want him to be surprised when he gets arrested.

Everyone that HAS been scammed by this low life needs to PM him and work TOGETHER.... Doing so will result in his apprehention via shit bags local PD...... This info/advice comes straight from an individual that is in law enforcement as we speak..... Just got off the phone with him..... God its good to be boys with cops and not be a steaming pile of shit.... We all know who that is....

Like Ive been saying, everyone that got scammed needs to get to their local PD and file a claim. If enough claims are filed at your local PD's they can communicate to bragg's local PD (Toms river, NJ) and very well could put out a warrent for his arrest.... Thats the first and quickest way to get into his jurisdiction for him to be aprehended.... If you guys dont do anything, this wont happen and he will keep on riping people off and even get away with it....This is very serious since his thieft could be way more then $2000..... but you guys have to all submit the same info to your local PD's

I got scammed by this little fucker as well on a FRPP intake, I as well made a personal payment at his request because I always try to do that to save people money and I as well ask people to send me personal payments due to the new paypal tax law which this guy used as an excuse. We all know you cant file a dispute for a personal payment, but....... You can however file a fraudulant charge dispute which is exactly what I did and I got a full refund in 7 days from paypal. i also went to my bank and filed a fraudulant charge affadavit as well which also prompted paypal to get off their ass and take action. Being that i have already filed my claim as [email protected] charging a fraudulant charge to my account, that may have opened the door for others to claim the same and have no problems filing the same and getting their money back. i did get a notification from paypal that they have locked his paypal account because he didnt respond to paypals emails. If you havent already contacted paypal and given them a heads up that you actually knowingly made the payment then file it as a fraudulant charge to your account.
