They have rigid, but compliable high durometer bushings with grease flutes...grease fittings on each end, and are built like tanks (as mentioned above)

I got the BMR LCA's and UCA to replace the incessantly squeaking stock ones. Couldn't be happier.

I had a set of UMI tubular LCA on my 05. They worked great for me, I pulled them off when I sold the car. I'll let them go cheap if you're interested.
