Running some CHE lcas on my 07, they work great! With some relocation brackets too. Still using the OEM UCA.

My 2010 hopped bad. I got the UMI lowers with relocation brackets and they work great. They are 100% American made and are quite a bit less expensive than some of the others out there.

The UMI are a bit harder to install than say the BMR for instance but they might be a little bit more stout especially if you aren't going to weld right away.

Hello
Thanks guys for suggesting UMI Performance. When it comes to eliminating wheel hop. Our traction package is the #1 option due to either stock or lowered ride height. They will allow you to adjust the control arm changing your instant center and increases your traction performance as well as eliminating wheel hop. Below is a link to show you what we have to offer.

I have that ^^^

Works well and looks good too! Also costs the least. But, I get A LOT of squeaking from it. I don't know if that's just the way it is, or I have the bolts on too tight or what. I added enough grease. Which I probably need to see if they want any more. It's been about a half a year or so since install.

Poly bushings seem kinda high maintenance IME. The ones I had, after 10k miles, were badly grease starved. I wouldn't let them go more than 6K or 1 year before checking and re-greasing them. They didn't look damaged to me but there was very little grease left. If you have zerk points you should make sure to give it 1-2 pumps at least once a year and also make sure you grease the outside of the bushings manually. The zerks won't grease that area.

If you get the UMI brackets I have a couple suggestions. For one, follow the instructions and do the passenger side first. It mentions lining up the hole for the dampener bolt and running that one first. Lining up the brackets, which are tight, is a pain in the ass. It's worse if you don't start with the dampener bolt first. And also, their instructions are wrong on the torque settings for the Ford bolts. They are supposed to be 129ft. lbs. not 100.

well, just to make sure i will ask. Is the upper Control Arm on the 2011 GT the same as the 2005-2009 and only the bracket is the one that change???

I ask to verify if i could use my old Adjustable CHE Upper Control Arm on my 2011 and then wait for CHE to develope the bracket.
