When the battery is disconected for like 5-6 hours....

Do I have to upload the tune again....Is the PCM resets itself to factory specs if the battery stays unplugged for a long time?

should be perfectly fine, however if the car had some kind of learning curve developed it will go back to its original base settings in the tune and if needs any adjusting it will make the calculations itself. Its just part of the adaptive learning abilitys of our computers!

No you should be OK with the tune that was in there, just make sure that the flux capacitor never came disconnected.
