Yeah, 2 bearings.
Just tried it, it's the same, lots of drag.
Sent an email to Thump Racing earlier with a link to the video, wondering if it's normal or not.
No reply yet.

I wouldn't use it but that just fussy me.

Well, took 2 weeks to get the replacement pulley and it's the same:

I was pissed to find that the bolt they provided was too long and was bottoming out before tightening the pulley on.
So I used a small locking washer and another flat washer to effectively shorten the bolt a bit.
Worked great:

Last update on this thread.
Matt @ Lethal called Thump and they're accepting the pulley back for a refund.
It's gone back to them already, hoping to see my refund shortly.
Matt has been great to deal with.

Google-searching for pulleys and belts this morning, I came upon this thread, lol.
A few weeks ago I had the car on the dyno with no cats, put down 590 rwhp, a bit less than the 605-608 it's been dynoing with the cats installed.
The tuner said it looks like I have belt slip, especially since I was maxing out at about 8 psi, not the 10 it's supposed to be.

So the belt I installed 3 years ago is done.
Just ordered a 1"-shorter Gates K060815, I will put that on and see what happens.
They're not fun to do but not that bad either. The belt on my wife's Shelby was more of a pain in the ass.

1" shorter!

Might be a beast to install, I'm going down 3mm on upper pulley, wondering if I could even get another 1/2" shorter belt on there. Doubt it.

I already have the larger idler under the blower.. maybe could swap out another. I don't think so. It's only 1/4-3/8" less belt wrap I think.

Just to update this thread as well, this morning I replaced the Whipple's belt with a 1"-shorter Gates K060815 belt.
A somewhat tight fit, but the tensioner still has a little room to move, and this will hopefully eradicate my belt-slip and wonky-boost-levels issues.

About 3/8" shorter when pulling on both belts side-by-side:
(old belt almost 3 years old)
