Kelly, can you publish this info for the BMR Adjustable Fronts and the rear bar...I have your front bar installed, but instead of measuring it, I thought you might have the specs, much like Sam quotes for his, at the different positions.

I don't have any Whiteline products, even though I can sell them from my warehouse, to get specs...maybe Whiteline can provide them. As for other bars, like MM, maybe someone can send you the specs and you can calculate this for us. Thanks!

I am curious to know the dimensions of the Strano Front bar. Ours is 35mm....with a wall thickness of .219". The lever arms (torsion bars) are 13", 14" and 15" in length.

My bar is stiffer.... I use a .250" wall on front. Rear bar I use a .156" wall. Both are 3-way adjustable.

Good info Sam. We have been using the .219" material since 2004, but we designed a new front bar several years ago due to the increase on the 2011+ cars, we just have not gotten around to releasing the front or rears.

We have been fighting with releasing the style bar that Whiteline offers for the rear, but between not wanting to add that weight to the axle...and time constraints, we simply haven't gotten around to deciding if we are going to go that route or simply scrap it. It is a really nice piece, but we are aware of why Ford chose the S197 rear bar set-up...and we agree with them.

One of the reasons I DO like the rear axle mounted design is, clearance, compatibility with other parts, and the ability to cross it over as a Drag-Race Anti Roll Bar (thicker and stiffer mounts)

Sam, are most of your customers actually utilizing the shortest(stiffest) position on your front bar?

I did last season... I probably wont next season though considering the front spring rate doubled and then some (200 to 440) on my car and the rear has a 12.5% increase in stiffness as well (from 175 to 200).

I sent a PM to a member that I thought worked for Whiteline. His response indicated that he no longer worked for them. So, if anyone has a Whiteline bar or access to their tech info, please post it. If anyone has the sizing, as indicated in Post 23 by Kelly of BMR, post it and we can calculate the roll stiffness of the bar.

As a side note, I actually sell Whiteline via my warehouse distributor (they just added the line), but do not have one and do not have the numbers. I get good pricing too! But, since I rep Cortex too, I am adding their Watts instead of Whiteline to my arsenal! sorry...I digressed...

The front bar is 33-mm diameter, solid spring steel. It's the same shape as the stock front bar:

The rear bar is 27-mm diameter, also solid spring steel. However, it's shape is significantly different than the stock rear bar:

Note that this chart assumes the bars are the same overall shape. I can take measurements of my rear sway bar next time I'm in the garage.

Their front bar, assuming a 14" effective torsion bar length is about 514lbs/in

The problem is, I would need the length from the bend in the bar to each hole, to determine the effective torsion/lever arm length. This is very important, and I do not want to share bad info about someone's bar. It's a shame they can't have someone on here helping out.

That being said, I cannot see any reason that a solid bar would be beneficial if their rates are similar to ours and all the others. Added weight on the nose = no bueno.

I can see the reason for their rear bar, though.

There will be multiple due to the hole locations. The holes should all be the same distance apart, so you can give me the measurement to the first hole and let me know the increments.

I want to run stagger, and all of the aftermarket bars are softer than the Boss and Boss ls bars.
Is there a good reason Ford made those bars so stiff?

Looks like the whiteline rear bar is softer than the stock brembo bar.
