What's the widest tire I can cram up front without any rubbing, regardless of wheel size? I've got 9.5" wide SVT rims up front now, but will be buying a set of track wheels anyway, so I'll buy whatever size I need to in order to fit the widest tire I can.

I'm still running the FRPP front struts and have removed the plastic fender wells, if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help.

^OK thanks. I guess that's plenty wide for the road course. Eventually I'd like to get the GR40 stuff up front too, but the price tag will keep me waiting for awhile.
Will a 295 fit fine on a 9.5" rim or should I look for 10" or 10.5"?

Yikes - I've got 305's on my 10.5" rims in back and I can't imagine trying to run anything wider on those.

I'm running 285's on the front and 305's on the rear with the stock 2010 GT500 SVT wheels (18x9.5) with FR3 suspenion kit/1.5" springs

Ford racing sells 18x10" rims for all four wheels for their FR500c cars. I have seen road racers running 315mm on the front on 18 rims. Not sure if you have to massage the wheel wells though. You don't want to squeeze a tire on a rim that is too narrow that will handle worse than a smaller but properly sized tire.
