Will a Vortech V2 change it's noise level/freq?

Yeah I heard it today. Doesn't sound normal to me. Sounds like a bearing might be bad/going bad in it. Also, god damn that car is loud!

another testimony of dropping a pulley size and the v-2 got significantly louder.
i went from a 3.6 to a 2.8 on my v6 and it got very loud not quite procharger loud but i couldnt hide the blower sound anymore by no means..

It would be very easy to put the old pulley back on to check it .

Worse comes to worse send it to Vortech so they can check it out and "refresh" it.
