Will these brake lines work and rims fit after brake swap

After I swap over to the S550 calipers (front only) are these the correct brake lines for my new front calipers and my stock rear calipers?

Also are my stock 18” Roush rims going to fit back up? It’s just the S550 4P calipers non Brembo

Might have to bend the brake lines to fit on the Continental calipers as they bolt up differently.

As for the wheels you’d have to test fit. Those calipers are slightly bigger than the 4 piston Brembos.

Yes, the 18" Roush wheels will fit. Running them on mine.
