How is it that you remove the wiper arm in itself from an 08 GT?

A lot of wiper arms have a tab that you pull out, than the wiper arm needs to be raised, and it'll slide out, but I'm not able to find a tab on the side, or underneath.

Thanks for any help.

if you want to remove the entire arm, then just take the cap off the top of where it pivets and loosen the nut. then you may have to tap it with a hammer to get it to "unstick"....,if you just losen the nut and tap and leave it on there and tap the nut,it will break loose...it wont come right off, but there is nothing else holding it on other than that nut...

Sounds like you are talking about the blade. Go to Autozone, buy them, have them install.

I am removing the whole arm itself and found that you will need a battery terminal puller to get it off the splines. No tapping and removing here. It is stuck on there good.

I tried pulling and yanking and nothing, so as you say, it's definitely on there good. Thanks for the advice.

i used a hammer, with the nut still on the end of the stud, i gave it a few taps while pulling up on the arm....both of them came right off. i did not use any puller of any type.

I need to do this as well. Guess I will try without the puller first.

This is the way a real man does it... Fuck a $10 tool when I already own a hammer...

you dont need any pullers or anything like that. take cap off bolt. take nut off then with palm of your hand push down on the joint in the arm and it will loosen it.
