Would you use this pinion gear?

I have a set of 4.10's out of one of my other cars. I was planning on installing them this weekend but decided to wait when I saw that the pinion gear had the corner of a tooth chipped off. The chip doesn't extend down into the wear pattern on the face of the tooth.


Would you use this gear set or should I just get a set of 4.30's?

Grind it smooth. It will be fine. Probably got chipped taking the bearing off.
