So then why do you 'need' an aftermarket tensioner? The thump_err is the best and worth every penny.

never said i NEED an aftermarket one. Im only doing 9.5 psi and the stock one is fine but if its only 80-100 bucks for an aftermarket roush like i have seen the last couple ones go for then why not? but for 250-350 bucks its just not worth it for me.

I have what was called a frankentensioner. Two tensioners welded together. Id let it go for 100 shipped. Used it up to 11/12 psi with no problems, never ran it pas that though

pics? where did you get it from? link?

I'll get you some pics later today or tomorrow, got lots going on. But I actually got it with my Kenne Bell from the guy I bought it from. Luckily he had already done the hard R&D work with the install on his car then he gave me all the parts that worked haha
