GT500 Throttle Body w/electronics also coupler and clamp. The holes of the the tb have been drilled out to allow it to directly bolt up to the stock intake.

does it come with the screws to fit it? i have a HSW spray plate and am not sure this will fit it too though

Nope, you should be able to use the same screws and nuts as the stock one.
