ALL DONE!!! finally, work kills my free time in the afternoon usually, but I worked hard and got it done.

the pics cover a few days worth of progress...

I had to sodder the LEDs up together to length, this is really easy to do, I now love working with LEDs.

next I put all the LEDs inside the boxes

the sign on the wood with blue and red sprayed plexiglass behind it.

just the LEDs lit up

If you remember I put magnets on the back part, now I also mouted them to the back brace, I had to cut some spacers out of wood to add the the back part so both the back part and inside back brace magnets locked together tight.

Nest I added wrinkled aluminum foil to the back of the lighting block, this helped a lot to get good bold lighting when its all lit up

in the car, a little clean up need.

OK i got it all wired up the dome lights and it worked very well, It even dims in and out. looks weird when taking a picture it looks cleaner in reall life.

Also its not very bright, like very good to see, but it doesnt consume the cabin in the dark.

and the blue is darker then that, the flash must make it a baby-er blue color.

so all done, may do some clean up on a few things that are bothering me but for now it will do.

haha, aint no one going to be sitting back there, I hope to get a cage back in there in the near future too. 10 sec time slips are right around the corner.

Looks good man! I have a question though thataybe I read over and didn't see.

Where did you pick up the led strips? I want some but I need blue ones? Working on a project for work that could get me some national views. Would be huge. Lmk brother!

Looks good, But you probably added weight since the rear seat bottom and back together can't weigh more than 20 lbs.
