Brother, I would seriously look into suing the fuck outta Carmax for not revealing that kind of damage. Did you get a carfax on your old Stang from Carmax? See what the laws are where you live about what a vehicle seller has to reveal about a car prior to a sale. If there IS a law about it having to be revealed, go right to court!!! If there isn't a law about it, go seek the advice of a lawyer. Most of them will listen to you without charge for the initial consultation. However, NOT having the car anymore might negate any litigation you could have made.

Oh and my car had frame damage from previous owner so Carmax wanted to give me 10k
The dealer gave me 13,100

Carmax told me my 07 was wrecked also (BS) and wanted to give me $14k....NO. Took it to ford got $18k and a $1500 rebate.They called me the next day and said they found me another $500 in rebates but the papers were signed already so Ford would be sending me a $500 check.......Hello CAI & tuner!

No he's a friend and I called him yesterday .
It wasn't by choice I got the 5.0
It was buy the fact I could cover diff with cash , had to trade in
