Mod or no mod if he did someone on here wrong he should be held accountable like everyone else would be.

Doesn't matter who it is, the situation needs to be resolved. If something is sold that is not as advertised, and the item can be returned in the same condition as received, then the seller needs to take responsibility for it and accept the return.

I'd say sell them and move one....lesson learned. Doesn't rectify or clear Caleb's name, but atleast you wont' be out anything (or much maybe).

I wouldn't worry about reselling them, I would make him take them back and pay return shipping. There is no reason that you should have to deal with that. I refuse to buy anything from him as well.

well, here's the situation. He was asking $400 for the gauges and the sos pod. He posted that he was selling his vortech and going back N/A. I had a JLT CF CAI with only 3000 miles on it that i offered him plus some cash. He took the intake plus some cash. If i ever thought i would be done wrong from him, i would have just sent all cash through paypal. All i can back through paypal is the little bit of cash that i sent. This is why i would rather sell them to someone else since he is neglecting me.

It's pretty clear to most on this forum that Caleb has had some shady deals in the past and has not always been honest. He should be held accountable for his actions if he doesn't make this right with blackmustang12. He uses this forum for personal gain and I think it's just wrong with him not being a paying vendor.

Got a link to the thread? I know he had a Vortech on his 05-09 car and parted it out before buying his 5.0....didn't know he went FI on his new car.

I bought 2 things from Caleb (HOLYWD) and gave + feedback before testing the products and came to bite me in the ass..
First one was a spydershaft 4" ds...Had a horrible vibration where I couldnt even see out of my side mirrors b/c the glass was shaking so bad. Had to drive 100 miles to a shop that could balance it
2nd one was my oil pan. The lip area (what mounts to the block) was bent pretty bad. I thought it would fix itself when I screwed it in, but I have developed a leak from it...I still havent got under it to fix it, but I will soon.
I agree he buys stuff cheap and then resells it, but that is not wise on his part. I have had to spend my money to fix things b/c they weren't in the condition as stated. I believe he goes by what the original seller says and then caleb uses that for the description.
