Good eye. I was waiting for someone to notice. That's just temporary till we decide exactly how we want it

It's all good ;) It would be cool to see though eventually.

You'll see them eventually.

Trying to keep occupied because the track is closed, snapped some pics with my phone that turned out pretty good.

Ken, Does he have any other plans for the car? Any exterior mods or is he going for the full on sleeper look, lol?

Not sure what his plans are.

Maybe I'll design a hood, grill, bumpers and wheels and will just release a whole car instead of a turbo kit. :)

You guys won't be friends anymore if you don't give him his car back :)

It's ok. I'm good at making friends. :roflmao:

cool, so how much boost are you going to start with tomorrow at the track?

Starting and ending on 8 psi. The MAF placement is only good for 8 psi without pegging it. We are completely redoing that after we get these initial numbers.

Unless I'm feeling brave may go up 2 psi and just let the widebands correct. But I doubt I will do that.

I will have Torco in the tank so I can lean on it a bit. I'm hoping for 10.7@133 or better assuming a bad 60' with the stock converter.

Sweet. So I may have missed it, but do you have plans to sell this kit once it is tested, and if so any idea on a price? I have a twin brother with a stock 5.0 that is begging for something like this haha.

Nice! It didn't start off that way but is a strong to likely possibility :)

Not sure on price but my goal will be to be cost competitive which I'm pretty sure I can do.

Thanks guys. But just to be clear, if we move forward with this, it will take some time. There are many things we have to do before we can sell it. The first thing is to make a production version with a more reasonable intercooler tank etc. Anything you see here will be an option but that really can't be the base kit of course.

So once we decide that, we need to decide on manufacturing. I will tell you this...

This will NOT be a "Pay me $xxxx and I'll start building your kit"

If it goes into production, it will be a full out effort. This will help bring this kit from an expensive 1 off kit to a reasonably affordable kit. But that stuff takes time. It will definitely be worth the wait, I can assure you.

If we go forward my goal will be to have a few beta kits out there within 6 months and be fully shipping within 12.

Sounds like a long time but it's realistic.
